well look at this shit show of a set. its friday morning and katie is indecisive about color choices.
In more exciting new: Last weekend I started catch riding ponies on my circuit! Another lady asked me to ride one her large ponies in another show this weekend. I love killian, but catch riding these ponies is so much fun!
offically leasing killian now procrastinating like a champ again. Im watching legends of the hidden temple as I do this. But i showed again last weekend and championed with killian :) He is always such a happy and hard working horse. I couldn't be any prouder of how we did.
so its been forever since ive been on and I have many valid excuses but I dont feel like explaining myself because I'm tired.
I'm tired because im in between barns and such right now and I showed with my new barn today on the horse i might lease and things went pretty well considering today was my 4th time riding him.
But I'm in love with this horse. that is him in the set. he is a 14 year old sassy ass quarter horse with the biggest head ever. when he get tired he puts the whole weight of his head onto my shoulder and falls asleep. He's so chill at horse shows and he's a challenge for me, but I love him. we'll get better.
//sorry i've been busy with back to school stuff and summer reading. I've also started working at my barn, but yeah...sorry for my absence.
Not that Hazel didn't love Luna, she did. The mare was hot headed and opinionated, and Hazel always found joy out of working with a mare that could be so much like her. Hazel needed a second horse though, one that was a little less careful than Luna that could win the power and speed.
And she found him. He was small for a jumper, only 15.3 hands, but her could jump. The ten year old chestnut gelding would jump anything. And Hazel Loves him. His name was Caddo, and he was lovely.
At the moment, Hazel had Caddo in the cross ties grooming him off. She was just going to give a him a light hack, maybe jump him a little bit. With him, she needed to know exactly how to ride him or there would be poles down.
Im Katie. 15 years old. I ride horses and currently lease a quarter horse. I role play a bit and make some real sets here and there when I feel like procrastinating.
